Real Estate Agent
With experience as an agent and a near-decade of in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, I’ve learned a lot about the intricacies of real estate, especially luxury real estate and commercial real estate. I definitely have a passion for real estate – not much beats the excitement of a an amazing investment! I’m always thirsty for new real estate knowledge to further myself – especially with this rapidly changing market!
Web Publisher
It seems almost natural that I’d have a passion for real estate in this medium as well – internet real estate. I create websites, monetize the sites, sell advertising and help others through my websites. Finding the right websites to build that will yield the biggest return seems to have a similar checklist that all web publishers use:
1.Research the market – Find markets on the internet that NEED the information or products that you can provide.
2.Test – Don’t jump in with all your savings – test out the website with a starter site and see how it works.
3.Work – Get busy by getting yourself your own domain name, a reputable content management system (CMS), an appropriate web design, and start creating content.
4.Promote – This can be done by word of mouth, referrals, search engine optimization (SEO) and social media optimization (SMO).
5.Monetize – Research ways to make money online with your website(s). This can include private ads, text links, and sponsored posts, among others.
Web Design
This is an area I’ve been immersing myself in. Designing aesthetically pleasing websites with a high degree of administrative simplicity that get the image you want portrayed across. I do these websites for businesses and for individuals that want a presence on the web.
Trainer
Coaching clients – one-on-one – on basic computer skills. This includes Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/etc) and general internet skills.
