I tried the trial period of 3 at a time for two months.  Towards the end of the two months, I got an email telling me that the trial period has been extended until the end of March.  I look at my account information and find that there are charges for March AND April.

I need these two charges be taken off of my account.  I would have cancelled the membership if I hadn&#039;t gotten the email about the extension.</description>

My name is Elchin, I`m a MBA student at one of the Virginia universities. I hope that at some occasion Mr.James, the CEO of Blockbuster will read this. 
It`s not a secret that during last 2-3 years Blockbuster is experiencing dramatic market share losses when Netflix, in contradition, was able to increase the number of subscribers from 9.3millions in 2008year up to 11.1millions in 2009y.(http://www.streetinsider.com/Press+Releases/Netflix+Announces+Q4+2009+Financial+Results/5280956.html)!
I and 3 other students are doing research project about Blockbuster, and we have to find out why exactly company loses customers and what the top management can do to anticipate it?! 
The project is not finished yet but based on what we`ve found out so far in our research, it`s clear that major problem of Blockbuster is its unwillingness(or unability) to catch up with modern customer`s view on movie renting. Very popular and &quot;fresh minded&quot; in past, at the begining of movie renting bussines, todays Blockbuster reminds old grandma which refuses to get used to credit cards and keeps writing checks when making shoppings.
In todays, technology provides us with huge opportunities and it lets us to watch movies online and on-demand, whenever we want it, wherever we`re, so we don`t have to waite  w h o l e  d a y(my god, so long...) to receive a dvd which we ordered online.
So my question to Mr.James is: Why Blockbuster doesn`t provide streamline service so subscribers could watch movies instantly using TVs or computers, as it very succesfully does Netflix?
What stops Blockbuster of using benefits of highspeed internet and when finally company will change its c o n c e p t of doing business?

		<description>Hello,my name aziz and I&#039;m sending this email to complain about an incident happened to me when I was at brea bluck buster in California was there saturday june 6th 2009 just checking out the store while I was there the stotr manager behind me all the time and he was giving me looks like I&#039;m trying to steal something I didn&#039;t care about it actually and I kept walking ariunf the store thinking about transfersing from hollywood video to blockbuster .when I decided to leave I used the entrance door by accident since that was my first visit to that location , and while I was walking to my car I heard the manger calling me and chasing me down the street and asking me to go back and use the exit so I can go through security or he will call the police. I told him sorry it was an accident and I showed him that I don&#039;t have any thing with me and I&#039;m not a thief but he kept asking me to go back and use the exit door or he he call the police and he was very rude to me ..I went back traying to avoid problems and I used the exit and I was clear and there was nothing on me .I was not happy at all and I changed my mind about opening an account .I&#039;m asking for an apology because I got embarrassed in front of the customers at the .your reply will be appreciate it.
