Joel Glazer Sells His Palm Beach Home for $13 Million

Sports-team executive Joel Glazer and his wife, Angela, have sold their Palm Beach home for just less than $13 million. Mr. Glazer’s father is Malcolm Glazer, who is the billionaire owner of the English soccer team Manchester United and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team. Mr. Glazer assists in the operations of Manchester United and is an executive vice president of the Buccaneers,

The 10,000 square foot French Regency-style home contains six bedrooms, a media room and a 50-foot-long living room that is facing the water. The property, fully gated, also features a 125-foot-long deep-water dock, pool, cabana, and 172 feet of frontage on the intracoastal waterway. The property was initially purchased by Mr. Glazer from former HealthSouth chief executive officer Richard Scrushy for $12.75 million in 2004. The new buyers of the home are Clifton Robbins, who is the chief executive of Connecticut-based private investment firm Blue Harbour Group, and his wife, Deborah.
