Miami Heat basketball superstar Dwyane Wade and his wife Siohvaughn are listing their Miami home in the Pinecrest area for $8.9 million dollars.
The seven bedroom and seven and a half bathroom home sits on a gated one-acre lot and is close to 12,000 square feet in living area. The property includes a one bedroom and one bathroom guest cottage, playground for children, barbecue lounge area, and an impressive pool.
Now let’s get into some of the perks of owning the home of the 2006 NBA Finals MVP. As you walk into the home, look down and take a look at the “W” inlaid in the marble floor of the entrance hall. Let’s move onto the pool. Take a look at the floor. The word “Flash” inlaid at the bottom (Flash is the nickname given to Mr. Wade by fellow Miami Heat superstar Shaquille O’Neal). Included in the sale of the home will be artwork, various furnishings, and some of Mr. Wade’s basketball memorabilia. Another neat perk: You can either climb the dual-sided spiral staircase or you can ride the adjacent elevator up to the second floor.
Being a huge Miami Heat fan, you can imagine the rush seeing so much memorabilia! It is an impeccably decorated house and it’s very evident that the Wades have excellent taste (although Mr. Wade attests much of this fashion sense to his wife Siohvaughn)!
Mr. Wade, 25 years old, not only has been of the most electrifying and exciting players in the NBA, he is arguably one of if not the most valuable player in the league. His jersey was number one in sales during the playoffs. He has been named one of People’s Most Beautiful People. He has been named the NBA’s best dressed player by GQ Magazine. During the NBA Finals, Dwyane scored an amazing 34.7 points per game which is the third highest scoring average ever by a player in his first championship series.

June 17,2011 Sometimes I wonder if you remember me. Regardless I believe this house is some admirable no-one really want to live in the past, but owning a home is different. I was told you havent lived there in a year. Dwyane I know you don't know me well. But I think this is a beautiful home both inside and out. You can do alot of upgrades to a home like this.
