Miami Heat basketball superstar Dwyane Wade and his wife Siohvaughn are listing their Miami home in the Pinecrest area for $8.9 million dollars.

The seven bedroom and seven and a half bathroom home sits on a gated one-acre lot and is close to 12,000 square feet in living area. The property includes a one bedroom and one bathroom guest cottage, playground for children, barbecue lounge area, and an impressive pool.

Now let’s get into some of the perks of owning the home of the 2006 NBA Finals MVP. As you walk into the home, look down and take a look at the “W” inlaid in the marble floor of the entrance hall. Let’s move onto the pool. Take a look at the floor. The word “Flash” inlaid at the bottom (Flash is the nickname given to Mr. Wade by fellow Miami Heat superstar Shaquille O’Neal). Included in the sale of the home will be artwork, various furnishings, and some of Mr. Wade’s basketball memorabilia. Another neat perk: You can either climb the dual-sided spiral staircase or you can ride the adjacent elevator up to the second floor.

His jersey was number one in sales during the playoffs. He has been named one of People’s Most Beautiful People. He has been named the NBA’s best dressed player by GQ Magazine. During the NBA Finals, Dwyane scored an amazing 34.7 points per game which is the third highest scoring average ever by a player in his first championship series.
