Soho House, the exclusive club currently in New York and London, will be unveiling a 74-unit Miami property in 2008.

This Miami location has been named Soho Beach House and will be a condo-hotel style development. Soho Beach House is so exclusive that only current members from the New York and London locations will be able to buy units, although non-members are able to book rooms for standard hotel stays.

“[Miami] says music, it says fashion,” says North America Soho House general manager Mark Somen. “It’s a really fun place to be.”

Soho House was featured prominently in the television program Sex and the City (Episode 84 - Photo) as the exclusive Manhattan rooftop pool club that even Samantha Jones was escorted out of.

The condominiums range in size from 400 to 1000 square feet. Selling price will be between $550,000 and $1.9 million while room rates for overnight visitors will be about $500 per night.
